SOURCE: ERROR CODE SC101
SC101 indicates and exposure lamp problem. To try and correct, turn OFF the copier and then unplug from the wall. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back into the wall, then turn on the copier. Watch to see if the exposure lamp comes on - lift the document handler if you want. If the exposure lamp is working correctly, the scanner will briefly move to the right and the light will turn on then off after it moves to the left.

Hello sir; SC101 means " exposure lamp out" you need replace one.
SOURCE: We have a Ricoh copier Aficio 1022 and the info
The Photoconductor Unit or PCU is easy to replace. The box will come with instructions but it is basically a slide in unit. They will vary in price depending on where you go. You might find one on Ebay cheaper but they generally run around $225. Keep in mind this is a drum/developer unit combination so you are replacing pretty much everything that controls copy quality.
Ricoh part number is 411018 or a type 1027 photoconductor if that helps your search.
A good source for you on parts, toner and supplies is precisionroller.com
They have everything you would need at very competetive prices with free shipping.
Not affiliated with them in any way, just use them regularly.
Good Luck
