Ortho Brush-B-Gone is quite effective, but it may harm other nearby plants, so take proper care. Make sure you follow the instructions on the container, and wear protective clothing. Do not apply on windy days, and it's best to check the weather forecast to make sure rain doesn't wash it off before 24 hours has passed. Once the plants are dead, again put on protective clothing, eye protection, and a heavy dust mask over your nose and mouth, so you won't become affected by the toxicity of the plants. Remove the plants and place in a large plastic bag. (do not burn them, it will spread the poisons through the air) Then dispose of them in a proper manner. When you're done, remove your protective clothing OUTSIDE, so you don't transfer the toxins to your furniture or carpeting in the house.

Hi, I have this strange rash on my leg, it’s really itchy and it hurts... I’ve tried putting on some bug bite creams but none of them have worked any advice?

Hello, Skyla -

Your rash needs to be looked at by a medical doctor, either a general practitioner or a dermatologist. Your healthcare insurance may provide for a visit to an urgent care clinic.

Without looking at the rash and questioning where you have been prior to the outbreak, no one can know what is causing the rash.

It could be a case of poison ivy, poison oak, or some other plant irritant. It could be a case of shingles. Who knows?

Go to a doctor.

Best wishes.

Boyfriend got poison ivy now im getting it what can we do, seems like it wont go away tried overcounter ointment nothing seems to work

I have that experience. If I walk a few feet from a poison ivy vine I get it. We were burning a fence row one day and I stood in the smoke and got it from the ivy oil that was in the smoke. I even got poison oak which is a little worse than the ivy from an animal I shot and the ivy oil was on its fur. If you have pets you can get it if they run in the ivy. After trying a number if things I ended going to my doctor and he gave me a shot for it and a week or so later it was gone. No it is not contagious but if you and your friend touch each other and you have the watery lumps on either one of your skin you will get it. I was so bad I could not even got to the bathroom myself with out help because of the large watery lumps and yes I did get it on my lower parts. Not much fun.

Is benionite good for the haeth

According to Wikipedia -

Medical

Bentonite has been prescribed as a bulk laxative, and it is also used as a base for many dermatologic formulas. Granular bentonite is being studied for use in battlefield wound dressings.

Bentoquatam is a bentonate-based topical medication intended to act as a shield against exposure to urushiol, the oil found in plants such as poison ivy or poison oak.

Bentonite can also be used as a desiccant due to its adsorption properties. Bentonite desiccants have been successfully used to protect pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and diagnostic products from moisture degradation and extend shelf life. In fact, in the most common package environments, Bentonite Desiccants offer a higher adsorption capacity than silica gel desiccants. Bentonite complies with the FDA for contact with food and drugs.

What are cures for poison ivy

Here's a good Wiki How article about treating poison ivy:
http://www.wikihow.com/Treat-Poison-Ivy-and-Poison-Oak

Summary:
1. Take immediate care of your skin: take off and wash your clothes
2. Apply rubbing alcohol. You can apply rubbing alcohol to your skin to dissolve the poison ivy or poison oak oils.
3. Rinse the area with cool water. Never use warm or hot water, as this will open your pores and allow more of the toxins to sink in.
4. Completely clean the area. Regardless of the location on your body, make sure that it was thoroughly rinsed with water.
5. Don't scratch the rash. Even though the rash is not contagious, you could break the skin and allow bacteria to enter the wound.
6. Cool off the exposed area. Apply cold compresses or apply an icepack for 10 to 15 minutes.

Has weed ever killed someone?

yes, it is bad for the environment and can cause all kind of disease that would probably get blamed on something else. Good soil invites worms that produce what the soil needs to support plants poisons kill the microbes in the soil and the worms leave.

How to eliminate poison ivy?

Two best ways

Solution A
1) Cover up well or find someone who is not very allergic to Poison Ivy
2) Rip it out
3) Come back and check its not regrowing from missed roots

Solution B
St Gabriels Labs Poison Ivy Defoliant is a natural Herbicide
or the good old death to all living creatures Roundup

Mix a Triple batch of it and once you kill it cover the ground with black plastic to help stop regrowth and be prepared to kill any surviving bits that come up over time

Hope that Helps
