Sounds like the pressure regulator on the stove is going bad. The pressure regulator is located in the back. Your gas supply line should connect directly to it.

The stove burners work fine. The oven and broiler do not light. The igniter glows bright orange when the oven is turned on.

even though the igniter is glowing it maybe bad not open gas valve

This is more than likely the igniter to be sure you will need to do an amp draw on the igniter. To do this watch the video on troubleshooting a gas oven at www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html

Gas stove : the broiler works but the bottom of stove has no gas comming to it , have tried to use a pin to clean out port nothing seems to be blocking it . top of stove makes a noise like it is sending...

The igniter will glow red even when it does not get hot enough to open the gas valve. Replacing the igniter should take care of the problem.

I would be suspect of the temperature control valve based on your previous experience. I am assuming the safety valve you are speaking of was really a regulator.

In many cases, even if the igniter is glowing, the resistance may not be low enough to turn on the gas valve. The igniter has probably gone bad. ($50.00 to $90.00 for igniter)

WHY WON'T MY OVEN HEAT UP?

Most modern gas ovens and many broilers use a "glow-bar" style of igniter that glows red-hot to ignite the gas. If the igniter doesn't reach the proper temperature, the gas valve won't open. You may need to replace the igniter.
