This model of Aqualtis machine is about 8 years old, I am surprised its lasted as lon, I would suggest the main board has gone, you could try picking one up on EBay for about £35, but i wouldn't waste any more money than that.

if the disc was not installed in the plate fully and partly out in the front sometimes it gets stuck and u have to unscrew your dvd player andtake out the disc and it should work perfectly fine afterwards

You need to load the CD that came with the motherboard ... that may be the only driver that will work

Youll Have to Contact the Seller And get the Passwords. Otherwise You'll have to wipe the harddrive and reinstall Windows to get rid of it

Hello sir; First thing have to do is make sure you put the cartridge in right way, after you installed the cartridge you have to press resume key.

Found this answer in Fixya.com and it worked for me.  
The Spinsense option has to be turned off in order for the Tub Clean option to work!
