Its not being sent anything to print.The problem is not likely the printer, but the software. Go to HP site, download and install latest software for it. Your software could be compromised.

As the owner of a Cartridge World I can tell you that there is not currently an effective way to reset or replace the chip for HP 564 series cartridges. One of our supplies is hoping to have a solution this quarter.
