Go to the Epson website, www.epson.com. Click on the support link. Lookup your specific printer model #. Download and install the software/drivers which pertain to the operating system you are running. After the installation you will be all set. Hope this helps.

It may take time to download for you depending on the speed of your Internet all the best.
I also not sure if the drivers are all in one printer and scanning so I have put the 2 type of drivers for download so who ever downloads the drivers Please can you call back let me know? It would be most helpful.

Lost cd for printer not good with computers cant get it to work its a epson stylus nx400 series

Do the following:

1. Determine what operating system you use. This can be Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, etc..
2. Once you find out the name of your operating system, go to this site and download the driver for your operating system: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=106004&prodoid=63075469&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows
3. Go to Windows explorer and run the driver
4. Connect your printer to your PC and turn it on

Mac OSX 10.4.11 Error when installing the Epson NX400

If you're running the install program from the install disk CD, it may be attempting to create a work folder on the CD instead of your hard drive. I would drag a copy of the install program onto your hard drive first and then launch the copy on your hard drive.
Let me know if that solves your install woes...
