Look for HiRen's Boot CD. It has a utility where you can boot and reset/blank out the administrator's password and log in.

There is no override for any password. If something like that would exist, using a password was worth nothing.
Apple is making it extra difficult, because if you forgot the lock code on the screen you have to unlock with the password of your Apple ID. You could try to reset the password from your Apple ID. But this also could be difficult.
