SOURCE: mouse will not move curser

Try cleaning the laser lens on the bottom with a qtip and water. Re-sync the mouse with your wireless receiver. Then, make sure your mouse driver is installed correctly. If none of those work, then call the manufacturer or get a new mouse, because it is likely broken.

My microsoft wireless mobile mouse 3000 has stopped working. Everything including the battery and green light is working but when inserted into the USB cursor will not move.

Push the little red "connct" button on both the bottom of the mouse as well as the wireless receiver. If that does not work try referring to the quick start guide here.

Red light flashing top of logitech wireless mouse??? has fresh batteries---still flashing. otherwise, still works fine as usual on toshiba laptop, vista. what's going on??? thanks for any help!!!

The flashing light could be a reflection from the LED and mirror or laser on the bottom of the mouse. I had this similar problem and it drove me nuts until I happened to hold it up to a mirror and noticed the flashing was in sync bot top and bottom of the mouse.

Try replacing the batteries. Wireless mice do funky things when the batteries are low.

Toshiba wireless mouse cursor not moving!

Try replacing the batteries or if it has rechargeable batteries, try removing and replacing them. Also clean the red lens on the bottom of the mouse with a cotton swab. Good luck!

Wireless Mouse a Problem

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud
