Samsung galaxy 3 tablet wont get out of safe mode

I have this problem too but when I get to safe mode
it won't do anything I select safe mode, power button, nothing I select factory reset, nothing
please tell me what I can do to make this work

In safe mode, go to settings> apps, look around for any unfamiliar app. It's usually called Badoink or hidden as Adobe flash player. Click on the app and click uninstall. If it's not letting you use the uninstall option, go into security> device administrator and click on whichever to deactivate it then go back to your apps and it should allow you to uninstall it

Have you decided what equipment you have ? also mention what os is on it.

Turn device off fpr 30 seconds and restart. It should restart normally
