Check the cables and charging port. If it is bent broken etc.. Charging your phone can be dangerous. Get a new charger or attempt to charge using a USB cable if you can.

It probably wont power up because it wont charge. the USB port may be bad preventing it from charging. I assume you have tried both the wall charger and the computer connection and have not had any luck with either one. Its probably the USB port has stopped working. common problem if the USB cable had been yanked or severely stressed while plugged in to the phone
the charging port my be bad, but if you use the usb cable you use to sync, it uses fewew number of pins, so you may be able to get a trickle charge from using your pc.

it is not a hardware or a software issue it could be a problem with the UBS port on the handheld or on the laptop or it could be a problem with the USB cable.
You need to make sure you are using a usb port that is directly in the computer or a usb hub that is being powered because if you use a port like say an extra usb port on your keyboard chances are that there isnt enough power comming from it so an easy solution to this problem would be just stick it into a usb port that is comming directly from the computer or a powered usb hub that is connected to the computer anymore questions feel free to ask :)
don't worry try this i also got this prob but now it solved.you just follow these steps but still your problem not being solve then put in comment we'll go furthur
Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the USB cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage).
If it doesn't boot--try using a wall outlet charger if you are not. If you are connected via USB to the PC, make certain that you have Desktop Manager (or the USB device drivers) installed, which you can download below.
Make certain your USB cable is connected to one of the PC's main rear USB ports. Not a USB hub, nor a monitor USB port, nor a USB port on the front of the PC.
look at the 6 pins on the phones charge port and see if one is higher than the others (usually on the end). if the pins is too far up the lower half doesnt connect to the charger. If your usb port will charge on via usb "DOCK" then more than likely the charger itself (which is way more simple to fix)
1.) if one of the pins on the phones charge port is pushed up, grab a sewing needle and GENTLY push the pin back into place,
2.) if the charging dock is working and is a usb charger like your wall charger, buy a new wall charger at your local electronics store.
