How to fix whinning noise when car is accelerating, or turning? Is the whinning noise an electrical issue, fuel pump, power related, etc.?

the whining noise is your engines alternator bearings
they are worn out , the alternator is close to failure
it is barely producing any voltage
( the battery light in the dash only indicates that the alternator is no longer generating any amperage )

How can I connect this EQ on my mustang I don't have amplifier right now only the EQ

an eq is kind of like an amplifier anyway it boost the sound and tailors the sound to your taste. Your eq should have a wiring diagram on the bottom or top of the unit. Your factory radio should have a wiring diagram on top or bottom of it as well. So all you have to do is match left + to left + and right + to right + etc. It's really easier than you think. You just have to pay close attention to the diagrams.

What do the 2 blue wires hook up to? also on the back there is a switch nor-rev what is it and what does it do?

Blue goes to your head unit's blue wire. It switches the eq on when the head unit is switched on. It also gets tied into the amp's blue wire (if you are using an amp, and I guess you are since you have a passive eq...). The fact that there are 2 is just for conveinience I think (99% sure) If I recall one may have a white stripe, and the other none. If you want to be sure, with all power DISCONNECTED to everything, and the harness plugged into the EQ, use a multimeter to see if there is continuity (connection) between the 2 blue wires. Then you can rest assured they gave you a secind one just for a "pass thru" to your amps, but inside they are electrically connected, and are essentially the same piece of wire.
