The battery needs replacing and I cannot find the keys for it so I need to know where to get replacement keys
Well I never!!!!! I watched a YouTube video and the guy said it's simple (as battery died and I lost keys) all you have to do is whack the top of the safe and turn the dial.
I couldn't believe it when it worked!!
There might be a code on the key lock. Manufacturers can sometimes furnish replacement keys by the code or serial number of the safe. A locksmith could also pick the lock and make a key. Keys are really essential if the electronic lock fails. If the safe needs to be opened without keys, a pro can do this with minimal damage.

You don't know the combination code, and you don't have a key? Or you know the right combo code, but the batteries are dead? If you have the right code, and the batteries are near-dead, try the jiggle suggestion...put the safe on you lap, put in the correct combo, and jiggle the safe while turning the latch. Might work.

Most of these safes come with a default setting. Try entering 0000.
otherwise you will need to locate the serial number and contact the manufacturer.

I put mine on top of the AGA to heat it fro an hour. This brought the batteries up enough to open the safe. Sounds weird but it worked!
