Red light stays on/ beeping

LOW / NO BATTERY ALARM
The Low/No battery alarm will activate when the
power level of the battery becomes low. The display
will alternate between "b" (Battery, See figure 8) and
the cabinet temperature, the red alarm light will
become illuminated and the control panel will beep
every five seconds. To stop the audible alarm (beep),
press the "ALARM RESET" button. The red alarm
light will remain on and the display will continue to
flash until a new battery is installed. This same alarm
will activate if there is no battery installed

That is usually a signal meaning the door switch is being sensed as open... Make sure the light goes off when you press the switch, if it does, buy a new control... OR remove the control and break the little round speaker off of the board to quiet that thing.

I see that the red light stays on and your Frigidaire freezer continues to beep. From what I have researched there is no recall on the control board of FFU17F5HWH. You could try resetting your appliance, which could be done by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker in the off position for ten minutes. Did your refrigerator previously experience a power loss? If the temperature of food rises to an unsafe level, the buzzer will sound and the red light, if equipped, will also glow. First, deactivate the alarm to your appliance by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your appliance. After deactivating the alarm and your refrigerator has run approximately four hours, the red light/alarm should go off on its own. If the red light/alarm continues to stay on, your freezer may possibly have a communication problem with the control board, temperature control or a wiring harness. If this is the case, I would recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying cause.

cooling temperature of freezing is damaged and also damaged heater machine which keep in deep freeze but controller point keep in normal side,you must be repair that problem as soon as possible otherwise full freezing system get damaged.

it means it is aprox 8 degrees below cut out temp keep it running it will catch up

the temperature control is bad. when you push the fast freeze it bypasses the thermostat for 12-24 hours depending on which model you have. I am not able to find any parts information with the model number provided but you should be able to find a temperature control at any local appliance parts house or online thru any reputable supplier. First make sure you have a good 9v battery installed. If it is ok then the problem will probably be in the display board or the wiring connectors between the boards. CE is communication error. If your model has the electronic tempature control instead of mechanical thermostat the problem could be in there. My bet is a bad connection at display board.
