Proscan manufacturer Remote will not work, Need new one TV is 8 months old, under warranty. Please replace it, can not be fixed.

Place your phone on picture mode. place it over the remote infra red section the press any button on the remote. If you see a red signal then the remote is good. If not, you need a new remote.
If the remote is good then your sensor on your t.v. is bad. You will need it replaced.

I lost the sound on my 2 month old 37" ProScan TV.

If it is only 2 month's old it should still be in warranty call the manufacturer they should be able to help you.

I am sorry Sir, the display panel is bad. If you purchased it new, it should under factory's warranty. Please call Proscan for a warranty repair.

Proscan Tv is humming

This made my humming sound go away completely;

Please follow these instructions, should fix the hum issue:

1. Turn tv on
2. Input mode should be tv
3. Turn volume to zero
4. With remote enter 9 8 7 6
5. A menu will appear on left side
6. Arrow down to backlight and with right arrow key move number from 81 to 83, press menu button twice,
7. Turn up volume and listen if hum is gone.

I have mitsubishi tv model wt-42315 about 8 months old and would not turn on with remote or manual no homing sound when connected to a different electrical outlet nothing the red lite on the front panel...

If your TV is less than a year old, I would suggest to call the manufacturers and ask them for an authorized repair center near you to fix it under warranty.
