The best solution for that is to get a new DVD/CD drive and insert it there. If the current drive does not have a pinhole, then it as to be opened by a technician. If your computer is under warranty then I suggest that you take it to the rightful people so that your warranty is not voided
hi. two things you can try, first try pushng something like a straightened paper clip into the small hole normally next to cd or dvd open button on front bezel cover, the other thing you can try is when computer running, press start click on my computer, place cursor over cd icon right click mouse button, click eject in drop down menu, if these steps fail cd or dvd might need replacing
Open the try slightly, shut down the machine, tilt the machine to the side of the DVD/CD drive a gently shake to loosen the tray or whatever is causing the problem, Is the disk off the spindle? Is the dvd/cd broken? Can you insert something to clear whatever is obstructing it? Have you tried to eject using the software, Go to computer, right click DVD/CD rom drive, click on eject? Has there been any damage to that area, bent..etc? You may have to force it open or remove the drive and try to open it.
First you can eject cd from cd rom buy using manual metal pick implement the hole and press. you know that every cd rom has hole. so you can eject cd.
2nd open your computer case and then open your cd rom carefully. then unplug cable and change it. new cable plug between cd rom and motherboard. thanks.
