My 55 inch soniq smart tv is froozen and I can't get it to work? It's only 3 days old!! Can anyone help?

By any chance was this after you did an update on the TV yesterday?
My 55" Soniq froze after the update and it won't go past the Soniq logo.

    *FIXED* - Just go to Soniqs Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/soniqaustralia ) and there is a post there to reset the TV if the model is E55S14A which mine is.

NO IT IS NOT ON THE SIDE OF YOUR TV THERE SHOUD BE SOME BUTTENS ONE OF THEM WILL TAKE YOU INTO MENU WERE YOU CAN GET RID OF THE UPDATE NOTIFICATION

Tv turns on and then off

Good Day, ruschracing;

Storm? The first thing you should do is unplug the TV from the wall for 3 to 6 minutes (reset), then plug back into wall.

If that does not help, then you should call an authorized service center to give you an estimate for the repairs. OR call your home owners insurance company.
