Question edited for dreadful spelling.
Please don't type in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and very RUDE, plus it is harder to read.
This is a commercial machine, all repairs are tax deductible. Call for service, it needs a new thermistor, (the temperature sensor). It is also gas, so it has to be repaired by a registered gas technician.
The top bar, referred to as the "carrier" will only rotate when you start your bake cycle. If there is an issue with the rotation you should hear a steady buzzer about once every second. If you are hearing the buzzer that means the rack alignment switch isn't closing momentarily during rotation like it should be. This could be a result of a number of things, such as a bad rack switch, mis-adjusted rack switch, burned or broken wire on rack switch, bad rotation motor, rotation motor chain or sprockets fell off or are loose, or the shaft switch bar is loose (unlikely). If you are NOT hearing the beeping then the carrier inside the oven itself could have some loose set screws and the shaft could be spinning freely inside the carrier. Look on top of the oven and you will see a rectangular shield covering the lift and rotation assembly, remove these covers and verify if the shaft is spinning and hitting the little switch mounted near the top of the shaft.
When you open the door check to see if your burner and circulation fan remain on, if they do you have an issue with your door switch. Also if your rotation micro-switch was bad you would get a buzzer every 1 second because the oven would think the carrier isn't rotating. It's hard to troubleshoot beyond that without seeing the oven, its possible you could have a bad relay on your control board. In this case I would call an authorized service provider to have to check the oven out.
On top of the oven is a cover with 6 screws in it, loosen the screws and remove the cover. You will see two pulleys, most likely one of the pulleys are loose, try tightening the set screws, the one on the right can be tricky because the set screw is under the pulley. Good luck!
Does the rack raise? Are you hearing a buzzing every second? You could have a bad rotation motor, or the drive chain could have just fallen off. Both of these repairs aren't terribly difficult but are extremely annoying. It might be a best use of your time and resources to call an authorized service provider and have them repair the issue. If you're feeling ambitious the first thing you want to do is verify that your rotation motor is still functioning and that the gearbox is not stripped out. Make sure the supply power to the oven is off, climb up on top of the oven and remove the covers over the lift and rotation assembly if they are not already removed. You should see a black cylindrical motor with a plastic fan blade on the top, this is your rotation motor. Spin the fan blade with your finger while looking at the motor shaft, it should be rotating, if it is not you need a new motor. To change your rotation motor you will need a 5/16" ratcheting box wrench and it can be a nightmare the first time you change one. Unwire the motor, pay attention to which wires you disconnected. Remove the four screws underneath the motor and slide the motor straight up through the hole. Change the chain sprocket over to your new motor and reverse the steps.
If your motor IS rotating when you spin the fan then your chain may have slipped off. Loosen the four screws holding the rotation motor in place so you can slide it back and forth. Lift up on the shaft and place a screw driver in between the metal disc above the big sprocket to keep the weight off of the sprocket. Put the chain on the small sprocket first and then slowly work the chain onto the large sprocket. Once the chain is on lower the shaft back down and tighten the motor back up. Hopefully your rack should start rotating again, if it doesn't the gears in the gearbox could still be stripped causing it to slip, in which case you should call an authorized service provider to service the oven, or see above.
This could potentially be a very easy solution. First you need to verify if when you open the door does the carrier stop immediately regardless of where it is in its rotation or does it continue to a certain point every time and stop in the same place?
If it stops in the same place you need to adjust the alignment bar on top of the shaft. On top of the oven remove the metal shields covering the rotation and lift assembly. You will see a steel ring with two small bars coming out of it attached to the top of the shaft, these bars strike the rack alignment switch when the come around. Have someone on the ground center the rack carrier. Loose the metal ring set screw and turn it until it is sticking the switch, you'll hear it click. Tighten it a little bit and have them start the oven and open the door to see if it stops straight. Continue making adjustments until it is stopping straight. If when you open the door the rotation stops immediately regardless of which way the carrier is pointing then you have an issue with your rack alignment or pointer switch. Usually in this case the switch needs to be replaced, but sometimes its just a matter of a wire fell off the switch. Before you try to replace any wires make sure the power to the oven is off.

1 check to see if the fan on the back of the rotation motor is turining
if no then motor / fuses / contacts in the relay may be gone
2- is the shaft turning on the pulley side ( but not turning the pulley) if yes then key has come out of drive shaft
3- if the motor fan is turning and the shaft with the pulley on it is not then the gear (probably the bronze spur gear) is damaged
good luck

With a volt meter you must verify power to the door light switch and the light socket.
You can also unplug the oven and do this with a meter set for continuity.
