If your Samsung TV UN43NU6900FX2A is not showing a picture and you hear a low noise squeaking sound when you turn it on, there may be several possible causes. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Check the power: Make sure that the TV is properly connected to a power source and that the power outlet is functioning properly. Try plugging in another device to the same outlet to confirm that it is working.
Check the connections: Ensure that all cables and connections are properly connected and secure. Sometimes loose cables can cause issues.
Reset the TV: Try resetting the TV to its default settings. You can do this by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on.
Check for updates: Check for any available firmware or software updates for your TV. These updates can sometimes fix issues with the TV.
Contact Samsung support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can contact Samsung support for further assistance. They may be able to offer additional troubleshooting steps or arrange for a repair or replacement.
If your TV is still under warranty, you may be able to have it repaired or replaced
It all depends on the connections and cable.
If you are using a HDMI cable and have sound but no picture, then your TV probably needs to be fix.
if you are using a RCA cable or component cable, make sure that you have the correct TV input.
you don't specify what type of TV you have, but if I were you, I'll check the connections first.
What type of phone?

second solution is to buy an HDMI cable adapter for IPhone APPLe component AV cable.

Second solution an MHL adapter cable.
How to connect Samsung Galaxy S3 to TV..
There are 3 ways to do this..
1. You can use a compatible MHL adapter that connects to the micro USB charging port of your phone and then a regular HDMI cable from your TV connects to the MHL adapter that's connected to your phone. You will have to connect the Samsung micro USB charging cable to the MHL adapter in order for this to work.
You will be able to see everything that you do on your device, however you will be limited to how you hold your phone if you are trying to play a game and direct what you see on the screen to the TV.
Note: the MHL adapter may overheat your device if you have it on and working for long periods of time.
2. You can use a remote access app on the phone to view on a PC/TV monitor. Depending on the remote access app, there maybe a lag seeing the image on your screen. Most apps like this are paid apps.
3. The Samsung Galaxy S3 phone has a natively installed software tool on the phone or can be downloaded from the Samsung Galaxy App Store (Available after you set up your Samsung account on your phone) that can link to a compatible DLNA device (most TV's that are 2005 or older). The app is called Samsung AllShare Play, or it may also be called Samsung Link

Is the satellite receiver HD or standard? If it is standard you should hook up the box to the tv via RCA cables (Yellow/Red/White) and this will help with the picture quality.
If it is a HD receiver then hook up the box to the tv using a component video cable and this will drastically change the quality of the picture.
Using a coax cable to attach from the box to the tv essentially is connecting an analog signal to the tv and this will produce a lower quality picture...
