My name is Vikram Kumar Thumu, from India-Hyderabad. I have seen your message on the issue related to loading the paper    . I would like to provide my suggestions on the issue. I hope that this should work for you and will resolve the issue.

Please try below steps if you want to know how to load paper in to the Feeder.:

Important: When loading paper into the feeder, make sure you are using separated (i.e., cut) sheets of paper. Banner paper that is connected end-to-end should not be used unless you are specifically printing a banner.

To load separated sheets of paper:

1. Obtain a fresh stack of paper.
2. Separate the paper by bending it back and forth in an "S" shape before loading it into the printer.
3. Place the paper against the right side of the sheet feeder, with the print side facing you.
4. Gently insert the paper into the feeder. Do not  force the paper down into the printer.
5. Squeeze the release tab and the paper guide together, and slide the paper guide to the edge of the paper.

Humid conditions may cause some sheets of paper to stick together.

If the issue still persists,  then I recommend you to look in to USER MANUAL that is provided along with Printer for instructions on loading Paper.

Maybe there's some document stuck in your printqueue. Next to the systems clock (on the bottom right of your screen) there should be a small printer icon.

Doubleclick it, the printer's queue should appear. If not right click it and choose printequeue.

In the printqueue screen go to File > Cancel all (or an options similar. If the queue is empty. Try printing again. If it won't empty, restart your machine, and try emptying it again (or chech whether it's now empty)

If this doesn't work, download the driver installer from HP's site.

First select your OS though.

the best thing to do is go to the printer manufacturer website and download the printer driver. Just enter the model no of your printer
