If it only disappears when you move it left or right off the edge of the screen, your video software may think you have a second monitor. Tell it different.

Cursor disappeared

If you have multiple screens set up it might be on one of the 'extra' desktops. Very deliberately drag your mouse in one direction 3-4 times, change direction and do it again and again until you see the mouse pop up. Also if you are good at navigating by keystroke you could go into your display settings and remove any extra monitors. Hope this helps!

Acer Aspire M/ The cursor disappeared and I cant get it back

first confirm that your touch pad is working or not. yor touch pad may be disabled or it may be dead. you can enable your touch pad in it's setting. you can connect an external mouse to your laptop to check that. or you can enable mouse keys in control panel.

Mouse/cursor works fine on PC but disappears when watching recorded TV using windows media center. model KB3800TPW

Usually when watching something on your computer in full screen the cursor will disappear. If it comes back when you move the mouse then you have nothing to worry about.

The cursor moves all over when I type and sometimes disappears sometimes all the text disappears and sometimes any key will close the program this is a problem with all typing I use wireless connection

You have a corrupted operating system - if you want to you can turnoff the mouse touch pad by the button just infront of the mouse pad but I've seen this before - all software related - you have major conflicts with device applications - do an F11 system recovery after backing up your data & don't forget your email adress.
