That is a magenta toner empty message, either the magenta is empty of there is an issue with the magenta toner dispencing.

check the mass airflow sensor circuit; thats what the owners manual says DTC code 12 pertains to, but to me it sounds like a fuel pump. i had the same problem, it would turn over, but not crank. make sure youre getting spark and everything else first because the fuel pump is located in the gas tank, and requires removing the entire tank to access it, which easily can turn into a 4-6 hour job.

error 12 is what you get if you autocalibrate and do not have the microphone attached.

if u getting this message in ur fiery just reinstal software... this only solution... and if u get this error in ur printer pls check error code in bottom of the display..

I am going to assume that your exact error message is No Paper Fed. This is mentioned on page 12-3 in Chapter 12, Troubleshooting and routine maintenance, of the Users Manual.

Since you said that paper is in the unit, the most likely cause is a jam. See pages 12-5 through 12-8 of the Users Manual for instructions on clearing jams.

It is possible that the error message is a "false positive." Power down the unit for at least one minute, then power it up again.

If the aforementioned advice does not resolve the problem, the printer probably needs to be serviced. You can find authorized service centers within a certain radius of the ZIP code of your choice by following this procedure:

1. Visit http://www.brother-usa.com/Service/.
2. Select Fax/MFC (color) in the --Please select product group-- selector box.
3. Type the ZIP code of your choice (presumably your home ZIP code or work ZIP code) into the Zip Code: text box.
4. Click on the radio button for the desired radius from your specified ZIP code. (If you want to "walk" your unit into a repair center, click the 20 miles radio button.)
5. Click the Next button. A list of authorized service centers should appear.

According to Sprint, If your phone already has the most current firmware installed it will generate this error code when you try to update it. Error code 7777 simply means there is no firmware update available. So no worries, you're good.

I got the same error and message on my LG LX370 when I tried to download the latest firmware on my new phone. I called Sprint and we tried just about everything before a supervisor confirmed that that was all the error code meant.
