They connect to the JFP1 connectors on the lower right edge of the board. The power LED connects to the 2 and 4 pins, The HDD LED to the 1 and 4 pins, the reset to the 5 and 7 pins and the power switch to the 6 and 8 pins. The pins are numbered up down right to left like this.

Looking at my m/board 0 is at top on right,also there may be an error here as it has Power Led connect to 2 & 4 and HDD LED to 1&4.Which one is three please?.As set up according to this diagram l am not getting start run.Touch Red & White to 6 & 8 get run all of the time without the R&W connected.Leave them connected and only have run for 4 secs then stops. Cannot work out why PC runs without connections,but does if just touch to 6&8.Thank you

Hi ramjet007;
This is strange because MSI doesn't have information on the 7548, since it was made directly for HP. Here is a diagram of another MSI similiar and usually they have their pins on their jumpers pretty much the same. You would use JFP1, And Pin's 1&3 would be the hard drive, 2 & 4 would be the LED, 6 & 8 would be the power switch, and 5&7 would be the reset switch. I know your motherboard is setup differnently, but your JFP1 should be in the right hand corner all by itself.
Front Panel Connectors: JFP1 & JFP2
Good Luck and don't forget to leave a rating.
Thanks Mark

Hi swiftty6, you can download the manual for this board from this link. http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=558
Than go to pg. 2-18 for a better picture showing these case connections.
Like this.
Enjoy!
