allibasha4uu You have to call on 1503 customer care > then go in gprs mode and > told them your phone model no> they will send setting by sms install in your mobile

they are sending you three services

one is bsnl mms
second is bsnl live
thired is bsnl wap

after the installing the setting make bsnl live is defult profile

go to bsnl.co.in and give ur state you can get customer care number...

• just take your mobile to nearest BSNL shoppe they can solve it

OR

• just call back the customer care ask them to send you the settings and store them.
• Make sure you selected your network connection as BSNL in your settings menu too!!!

You have to talk with BSNL customer care for settings. They will semd you five setting but you will not connect internet until you receive one of five setting in your handset.The setting name is BSNL NET, Ask them continuesly for particular BSNL NET setting.

IT IS NOT YOUR HANDSET PROBLEM IT IS CONNECTION PROBLEM CONTACT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE

You can ask for the settings by sending space of your handset to 58355 by SMS e.g. space to 58355. After you send the SMS you will in response get several settings on your handset viz. 'bsnl live', 'bsnl stream', 'bsnl mobility' etc.

You may also call BSNL Customer Care Center to know the settings.

Once you get all the settings, you will have to save them. Out of theseseveral settings the one pertaining to BSNL Live (will appear as 'bsnl live') should be saved as default.

Hope you will be streaming videos faster using 3G on your mobile.

Please call the Bsnl Customer care of your area (bsnl circle). Tell them your problem and they'll promptly give you the puk code. There's no other way that you can get or obtain it. You should also understand that multiple random/invalid entries will block or reject your sim card permanently. So, before you face any untoward circumstances, contact the bsnl customer care. They'll ask you few questions about the sim card information like sim card owner's name, sim card number (not the mobile number) etc.. and will give you the instructions on how to unlock it and how to disable it from the Settings.

activate gprs through bsnl setting then upload the cd(which is come in box) and doccet cable activate the internate

Waste in calling customer care,,,,,, they dont how to resolve the issue,,,,and also its not a contact center culture,,, while we speaking they will simplify disconnect the line
