SOURCE: Beko DRCS68W not entering reset mode

If there is voltage on the thermostat but not going through even when the temperature is down it is possible that this could be defective. Now check using a multimeter to confirm the continuity on the thermostat and if the reset switch on this - if present - is off, if so press it down.
Now confirm the voltage from the control panel during the heating cycle and if voltage is outputted then it must flow. The connection must be checked on the heating element- trace to confirm.

Candy heat pump tumble dryer not collecting water and taking forever to dry!

Condenser dryers are simple in operation. They use a heater element to force hot air to heat the clothes and turn the water to steam. That steam is turned back into water by drawing cold air into the machine and over the heat exchanger unit and into the drum. The problems with them is that they are slow to dry.

Your best bet is to call for service, and the problem is likely the sensor probe or one of the thermal cut out.

Beko dcx 71100w condenser dryer does not heat up. Thermostat works correctly, heater element continuity is good, no voltage to element.

Check the power receptacle for proper voltage. You might have a failed circuit breaker. Sometimes one side will trip without moving the reset handle.

Beko tumble dryer ecogentle model seems to be working but not removing moisture from clothes no water in condenser tray.

Is there heat? Could be running cold if the elements have burnt out. If there is heat then check the pump and float switch that pumps the water from the sump into the condenser tray

Whirlpool AWZ 410 washer dryer is not generating any hot air when drying. The dryer drum is tumbling but with cool air only.

Unplug the unit and take the top with the screws holding the lid on. Take a look at all of the wires on the top of the machine. You might notice broken/burnt wires on the safeties that are close to or that directly activate the heating element located in the blower housing located at the top of this washer/dryer condensing unit.

How does tumble dryer work?

The heated air inside the dryer is not expelled but reused. The drum is contained inside a closed area. The heat is contained inside the dryer. No ducting to outside is needed. The moisture is removed from the heated air through a condenser before re-entering the drum. Sorta like a giant self-contained dehumidifier. As the water is removed from the clothes, it puddles up into a drain pan which periodically needs dumping. Fancier models pump out the water to standing drainpipes. This design saves energy.
