I'm not able to remove the base grill in order to level the doors on m Kitchenaid KFXS25RYMS refrigerator. The manual says "grasp and pull towards you". There's really no way to "grasp". Can you help?
You should be able to get your fingers behind it, either on both ends or underneath. You MAY POSSIBLY need to open the freezer door a little and hook your fingers behind the top of the grille.

I'm not sure what your video has to do with a solenoid but if you're trying to remove the burner base in your video the nut in the center holds it down. A socket works best as these nuts can be easily stripped. Removing all the burner bases and possibly some screws in the sides will allow the cooktop to be removed.
To remove the top so that you can replace the electrodes, you just need to pull all the burner grates off and knobs. Then remove all the burner caps and rings off so that all you're left with is the cooktop and the burner bases. There are screws going into each burner base. Remove all the screws and the burner bases will pull up and off and then you can pull the top of the cooktop up and off.
Now I have not read this manual because I would really need to physically see and inspect the make and model of cooker that you have in order to advise you on this exactly, but even so here is a manual I have found for you to read. If however this does not turn out to be the right one for you, please let me know and I will find you the correct manual ASAP.

Do not attempt if your stovetop is hot, you will get burned!!
This is an easy fix, the problem is your burners aren't lined up properly. Remove the iron grates (what your pots rest on) and the burner cap (the round black top on the burner) and finally the burner base (the round golden colored piece resting on the stainless stovetop). If you flip the base over you will see that it is keyed, meaning there is a grove that fits the indentation on the stove top. When you replace the base make sure to line the grove up with the indentation. If it's not flush with the stove top, slowly twist the round burner base until it falls into place. That's it!
Hello.
I have worked on a few of these, and it looks like you have one of the cooktops that you need to take off all of the burner bases with a socket wrench, and remove all of the knobs. (Sometimes the burner base bolts are very hard to remove. I have had to carefully heat them up with my torch in order to get them off. A pain in the neck.) The potentiometer is on the burner valve. I am sure you will recognize it when you open it up.
Always make sure you unplug it before working on it because when you go to put the cooktop surface back on, you may push down on a burner valve activating the spark module and you will get a good zap.
