How can i reset the alarm with the remote fob
Don't bother asking for help from Clifford....I have sent them a question 4 times....and never get a reply. Terrible customer service.....stay away from them.
The car won't start because the Clifford alarm has a starter interrupt wire where the start wire runs through the alarm system module/relay. The unit then must still be active for the car not to start. If pressing the disarm/unlock button on your Clifford key FOB does not turn the system off, you will after to do it manually. You will need to locate the manual override button installed somewhere in the car that is connected to the alarm system. Turn the ignition switch to "on" or "run" and within 10 seconds press the manual override switch. That will turn the alarm system off and allow the car to be driven normally. I would then take the vehicle to an authorized Clifford or other DEI (Viper) install shop and have them diagnose your apparent problem.
