Run it thru the "cleaning " program. Look in Tools.

Dose the copier display a error code????? Maybe a E0601 > you may have a bad hard drive. I would try to unplug the hard drive and reconnect it..... Good Luck

The machine probably needs a service paying attention to the development and the cleaning areas. Also, clean or replace the corona wires and check that there is no flat spots on the fuser roller.

under maintenace u can do autograd...do full autograd this will improve youre colours

Make sure the paper tray guides atre tight against the paper.

1: clan the cd unit & use fresh toner
2: clean the primary & transfer charging rollors
