Dose the copier display a error code????? Maybe a E0601 > you may have a bad hard drive. I would try to unplug the hard drive and reconnect it..... Good Luck
The machine probably needs a service paying attention to the development and the cleaning areas. Also, clean or replace the corona wires and check that there is no flat spots on the fuser roller.
