I have a jura capresso impressa f7 machine and when I cleaned it (using cleaning tablet) it made some strange sounds and the screen reads "Fault 8" - I removed the tray and cannot re-insert it as the mechanism (that possibly measures the coffee ground level?) seems to have disengaged and is blocking me from reinserting the tray. What can I do to fix it?

The error 8 means the brew group has not returned to its home (start) position.

With tray removed, insert your hand under the machine. The bottom of brew group may be with coffee grounds that have been there to prevent brew group not returning to its start position. Use a small rag to clean the bottom of the brew group.

Jura does not allow manual cleaning of brew group to keep it clean & Fungus free.

Please watch videos posted on You tube channel Parts Guru USA. Videos show you how to open and manually clean the inside of machine, specially the brew group.

Sometime the used coffee scraper can get unhooked and come in the way of

There is a liver on right hand side push it in and hold until it finishes process. reason why you cannot push the tray in is because you have taken it out half way trough the process.

Check to see if there is a lever that may need pushed in as you put the tray bad in...not sure as many of the machines are different...but it's worth a try! :)

Water in disposed coffee container jura impressa z5

You may have to clean the unit using cleaning tablets, also there is a flap in the bay (remove the tray and use flashlight, sometimes it cakes up and moisture collects. Final thought is you may need to send it in to Capresso/Jura for service. Mike

Jura impressa x7 does not rinse and coffee does not come out. I do get steam for froth etc

Jura x7 coffee machines are older models in the coffee machine range. It may simply require a full system clean, using jura cleaning tablets, or more likely a service. Bean to cup machines should really be serviced every year to 18 months depending on usage.

Jura Capresso C3000 keeps saying clean unit

We have the S8 here at our office. Ran the cleaning cycle and "Clean Now" message was still on and beeping afterwards. Read the Feb 28 comment and carefully cleaned everything that had grounds stuck to it. Ran the cycle again and it worked. Thanks all.
