Ge washer all lights are on and it doesnt respond

switch off unplug at the wall
wait a bit
plug it in
start again
if no better could be a faulty control panel

My washer use to not work and I took off the rubber cover that covered the button and was then able to just push the stem inside to start the machine. It worked fine afterwards.

Dont work? No light; touch pads do not respond....what are you trying to do?

Test Continunity for your Probe, if it has good continuity, then you have a internal issue with the Oven... More than likely, you are going to need a Technician

Unplug the machine for at least half an hour to eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch. Then upon plugging in back, close the door then push CONTROL/ON (if present on this model). Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle then select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SPEED button. Push PREWASH OPTION four times within five seconds. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE four times within five seconds. C:00 will light up on the display. If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL button then repeat the starting procedure.

In order to advance to the next step of the test procedure, push PREWASH OPTION button two times. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE two times. The test program goes from C:00 to C:08 and should flash an error code when a problem is present. Post the code back for further troubleshooting, including the exact model number of the machine.

Try pressing the power button for several seconds (10-15). It should power off the laptop.
If not, unplug the charger and remove the battery for a few minutes. Then try to start it up again.

Did you try to push and hold the 'CYCLE END SIGNAL' button for 3 seconds?

I believe your control board is going bad. This isn't that expensive. However, get one from a GE parts store. They tend to be better priced.

Try buttons "dry" & "spin" together for a few seconds. This is the child lock display.

Or press "end of cycle" for over 5 seconds.

Or press "options & select" till the light goes off.
