I've put a family code for my littel brother xbox, now i forgot it what to do to reset it, i tried evry trick in the book, but it doesn't work. my serial number is 022719723243 and it's dashboard 2.0.165370.0.

Try Unplugging it for an hour or so (like how power outages ask you to set up your console) and ask him if he knows it...
or de attaching the HDD :) it's removable you know!

Go into settings
.... console settings...then device settings or the
blue screen then go...
left trigger
right trigger
x
y
left bumper
right bumper
left with left stick
up with left stick
right with left stick
x
If that doesn't work then call 1-800-4MYXBOX they will walk you through it.

I've managed to come across this from someone who called microsoft with the same problem (it seems quite common)
Go into settings
Console settings
Then device settings (The one with the blue screen)
Then go:
left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper,
left with left stick, up with left stick, right with left stick, x
If you have trouble use the pad instead of stick, but I could only get the stick to work..
