Pretty easy to do but requires a credit or debit card. Go to www.netflix.com when the page loads click the join free for a month (still have to have a credit card or debit card). Fill out the form click submit and enjoy netflix. Note, you may decide prior to the end of the free month to cancel if so you are not charged.
All you need to to do is sign into your Netflix account, then select Cancel Account. There is a button that walks you through the few steps. That should do it. You can also contact the credit card company and let them know to block any additional charges from Netflix.

I don't have an answer for you but I have the same charge on one if my credit cards also. It has appeared twice or three times now with the same amount and I only noticed today because I have been sick for s while and not checking my statements regularly. Mine is on s Chase card. The charge is an international transaction from Brazil.
Call your credit card company immediately. You should not be held responsible for the fraudulent charge.
