This is likely caused by an out dated plug in. You should try updating your flash player via adobe web site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact Zynga support via https://www.zyngaplayersupport.com/ click your game; then on right hand side there's a red "?Get Help" click on this then either mail them or use chat.

sounds like a broken app,
try uninstalling it, then reinstalling or contact customer support

Go to your welcome or news screen.
Then move your mouse pointer to the app and click on the edit settings (pencil type icon).
Then change the permission to public or friends.

You need to contact Zynga support because they handle the problems for that game.

hi , ehh hun what game are u having this problem with!! if u downloaded the zynga tool bar ! uninstall it if u still have a problem after seeing dis! make sure h clear all browser info and makd sure adobe is up to date and play zynga games via facebook/ myspace as its alot safer than playing from a tool bar ( if dats wat u mean) because u are probably clicking on a add for free cash !! maybe ur not ;/ but alot of the time people click b4 they think ;) good luck hun

Unfortunately there is not much you yourself can do to get your chips back, but you can contact Zyngas technical support and explain your situation to them and they will most likely replace the chips you lost.
