Most PCs will start up in BIOS if you hold down the delete key while you power up. My HP desktop is different, as you need to hold down F1, so try that.

HP OMNI 100 AIO

There are 2 little problems with the hp omni 100 all in one , the first is if the unit is unable to boot to bios you can reset the bios by moving the blue jumper located next to the ram over 1 position for 10sec or so then move it back to the first position , the other is you need a temperature measuring software for the GPU mainly when watching hd movies of playing games that use the 3d side of things as the ventilation for the heatsink is enclosed and not venting outside , it does help if you leave the panel off , this is a design fault and will lead to GPU problems over time .

Hp omni 120 dont turn on green light blinking

vipu start your own post, no hyjacked
use only YOUR facts, not others.

first tell what not turned on means.
if dead silent and no screen text or graphics ever.
do a long reset first.
the pC can lock up in sleep mode, and the long reset cures that.
its cause by bad drivers.
or upgrading to w10 the wrong WAY.

Hp omni 1`000 all in one computer wont fully boot into windows

a desk top PC?, what is it? use full names of things.
you never said what the screed did, is it black all the time.
if yes, does BIOS screens work?
F11 key, (the magic key) on older HP its F10 older still (none)
what year PC is this, full model number , type it out full off the service tag.... i cant guess omni this is. there are 29 models and subs.

The newer HP systems, all have this F11 key
this is the magic key as you boot, you hit it fast (tap tap tap)
and it goes in to recover mode. My 2006 Laptop does.
the HDD if still working and corrupted,
will run the virtual installer disk, via a hidden partition on said HDD>
if that is confusing, try to imagine 3 ways to install.

F11
HP recover disk called the media kit. (uses on replace HDD )
MS disks, wrong, and will fail., ask how if must,,,,
