Sounds like bad gas try to spray some 2+2 carb cleaner in the throttle body and see if it will start it should start for about a couple of seconds then shut off again

no RPM scanning? yes, that means CKP is dead.
Replace spark plugs as they might have been worn and check the specific
gravity of the battery checked. The ignition coil also may be causing the
problem.
If the engine cranks but does not start, you will need to know if you are lacking fuel to the injectors, spark to the plugs, or compression to proceed.
Try putting the key in the driver door lock and turning from lock to unlock. That should dissable the factory alarm system. You may have to do it a few times before it works.
Starter may be locked up or bad. If Starter is Ok then it will be in the Ground from the starter. If Engine is Cranking and not turning over you are either not getting 1 or 2 things spark or fuel. No Fuel chances are, it is a bad fuel pump, If No spark it is a bad coil or distributor.

clogged injectors you need to put cleaner in the fuel to help get dirt and grit out of them some times (every 3 months). I am assuming you are saying it will turn over but not fire and run when cold?
