How to bypass security system on a 2003 chevy tahoe?

SOURCE: 1999 Chevy S-10, how can I bypass the Security Fuel shut off sytem?

the way that i was told how to do a quick fix for is to hold the key in the electrical start and the actual start up of the engine and hold it there tell the security light is solid and then turn off the truck then bring it back to that point and let it blink until it turns off then you can start the truck.

this is one way to reset it :
first make sure the battery is fully charged , then do the following:
key in the ignition but do not crank the motor, just leave it at the
ignition mode for ten minutes ,then turn it off POSITION for 5 seconds then REPEAT again 2 more times. at the 3 rd time youre gonna notice the ANTI THEFT light on dash to blink. when doing the last step , remove key , inserted again and turn on motor , good luck , AJ

If it just "clicks" check starter cable. If you have an aftermarket alarm, make sure it's off. There are 2 or three ignition fuses under the hood and I think one or two on the left side dash panel at the door (open the door on driver side and you can see the plastic panel on the side of the dash directly in front of you) There maybe an Ignition relay under the hood (fuse panel) and one on the right side dash (same as left) To check the relays, it takes two people, one to turn the key and one to listen for the relay "click", if you hear it click, you have power and the relay is good. Check them all, the owners manual will give you all the exact fuse and relay locations. Beyond that, try and jump start the truck. Make sure all of your equipment is "off" Radio, A/C etc. then try and start, if the jumping vehicles RPM's drop, let them sit for a few minutes with the second vehicle running and try again. If it still won't start, and all the fuses and relays are good, you've got a bad cable from the red square batt box next to the alternator that runs to the starter, or a very loose cable, or a bad starter. I am not a mechanic, however I have owned 4 Yukons and my current one has 243k. I've seen all the quirks! (and fixed them all) Hope this helps

you need to buy a passlock/vats bypass module, a vats system is easy but it sounds like the passlock is the same. on a vat system ya find the wire from the vat to the key then OHM it out to find its resistance and then add a resistor inline with ignation wire to the key ... Is passlock the type with the resiostor or something actuley in tghe key//? Unlees you good just buy the module resd a little and boddA bing Bobs Ur Uncle..
