The Y sustain board has gone out, this is a common problem.
Easy fix just buy new board swap it and send back for credit.
Have repaired this myself great place to get parts is http://www.tvpartsguy.com/servlet/StoreFront

How do i fix channel 73 & 90. I have got a picture but no sound.

Halo sir...
confirm tat only channel 73 & 90 has this problem and all the other channels are working . If so.... The problem seems to be with your cable operator not with the TV. Kindly contact your nearest cable operator to fix this kind of TV relay problem.

Had no sound on 7 mate, then lost sound on gem, tried auto tuning then lost picture and sound of all 3 chanels of sbs. so then went under options and factory reset. Still have no sound on gem an 7mate, but...
