It seems like you have [email protected] linked to your Live Mail account.
If yes, try to delete/remove that account and then try retrieving the mails again.

SOURCE: Hi, this message appears and I can't receive

I do not like Outlook, it is not good, I choose to use IncrediMail, I think it is good, you can try this, reset the details, and it will not appear that problem. You can get it here:

SOURCE: getting the following message from windows live

The most likely explanation is that your ISP (manx.net?) server is temporarily down. You can connect by webmail?
If it is manx net then you can try accessing your e-mails by logging in on here.
If you can access through web browser, but want to set up windows live mail click here.
Settings for manx.net - for Windows Mail but same will apply in Outlook.
Hope it helps.

I have found that some unopened messages will not delete until I open them and other opened messages will not delete until later on
I believe the problem is in the live mail program as it has appeared since win 10 was installed then deleted along with unable to fix live calendar keeps coming up in the notifications
Any teck savvy experts that can give a response I would also appreciate

An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80040607

This error code normally happens in Outlook version 2007 and 2010 due to improper configuration of POP3 and SMTP. This is the only known reason for the Outlook error 0x80040607. Due to this error Outlook trouble you to send/receive emails.
Let me guide you, How to Overcome this issue
1. Click File Tab, select Account Settings and click Account Settings
2.Select your account and click change
3. Click on more setting
4. In the Outgoing Server tab, check My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox and choose to Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
5. Finally, click ok.
Now, the error code problem will be resolved

And due to this your PST file become inaccessible then use advanced PST Repair Tool for that as DataRecovo provides you the best and fastest recovery and make your back job easier. So, it is worth to have the tool on your hand for the recovery and backup purpose.

The Microsoft Word Starter program was factory installed on the computer

This error occurs if

  • Windows Live Mail is set as the default mail client;
  • A Hotmail-type account (any account, including those on domains like hotmail.*, live.* and msn.com, that uses the Hotmail interface for webmail) is set as the default mail account;
  • That account is configured to use HTTP;
  • Windows Live Mail is not running when it is invoked by a sendmail or mailto command, like by clicking a link on a web page.

You can download an update to get it fixed. Get it from here: http://windows.microsoft.com/fil-PH/windows-live/essentials-other-programs

To work around the problem, ensure that Windows Live Mail is running before clicking a Contact us link or using the browser's or other application's Send by e-mail function.

I hope this helps!

Unable to send or receive messages for the Copy Systems - Destin account. A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to send data to the server. Server: 'pop.embarqmail.com' Windows Live Mail Error

The SMTP configuration may be off. Double check with each account that fails. Example - mail.domain_name.com.

There may be a port blockage as well, but less likely. SMTP is 587

If you have Yahoo! Mail Plus (a paid upgrade), you can access those messages directly from a standard email program (such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.). You need to configure the account settings in your email program for the Yahoo service.

The settings for incoming mail are:
Incoming (POP) server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 995
Security: SSL

For more on Yahoo server settings, see this Yahoo help page:
