Question edited for clarity and spelling. Manuel the Spanish guy to manual the document.
There is not much on this by the name 'Rhein Gold, but Etsy and Pinterest has manuals that MAY be it. It appears to be a South African machine, so this link might work better for you because we are in North America.
You do not say how you have cleaned it. You may be using a recycled cartridge. These are bad as the gold contacts are already squashed and make poor contact with the carriage. Use a cotton bud to clean the gold contacts on the cartridge and in the carriage. Buy a genuine HP 701 and if still no good then a new carriage will be needed but they are not available so the machine is useless.
This is normal behavior, you ask for 500 copies in a row it is a lot, so to prevent overheating and premature where of the pickup rollers it will slowdown... You could try calling smaller batches at a time
Hi i am a canon technician that do a lot of work on these machines, i have seen many of these machines do over 1 million copies and rarely break down they usually are very reliable,
your streak colour problem sounds like it needs a ITB cleaning blade, if you open the front cover and release the waste toner bottle it sits in behind there just undo one screw and slide it out have a look and see if the blade is yellowish if so you need to replace it. Photocopiers are made to work all day they never need to rest, just rememeber these machines do have small drums but are good for 40k black at 10% coverage.
believe me get a new technician,
feed rollers in trays are good for 100.000 prints i like to change them about 60,000 copies but seen the feed rollers to 100,000 many times.
Prob the biggest problem with these machines when first realesed were low fuser volume about 80k and pretty stuffed heat rollers but they have fixed that issue now.
hope all this helps,
p.s. Ring canon direct they will give you a good local dealer to deal with
