I nned to find model number of engine - plate missing

Hi I have an old Evinrude 70hp outboard trim and tilt electric start. The core plug number is G 4495891 There are also 2 other numbers stamped on the block 340899 and 343864 The engine plate is missing, I appreciate it will start E70 T, but I cannot establish the rest of the number to order spare parts, can you please advise as to what my model number is on the numbers I have given?
