Tom tom troubleshooting

There are no repair manual for the tom tom one xl available except for the user guide. There are some troubleshooting tips in there dough. This is the link to the user manual. Or you can state what the problem with the tom tom one xl.

Try doing a device update while connected to tomtom home, if that doesnt work backup your device onto your commputer and try reinstalling the software and maps ect onto your device.

it doesnt get better by itself. Despite having a green light doesnt mean it is charged. try changing the battery

yes tomtom has it;s own hard drive maybe youre missing a peace try to contact the manufacture

• If the port is disabled you get this problem .
  
• Go to Run and type "Devmgmt.msc" and press Enter.

• Go to Universal Serial bus Controller. See if there are any red colored cross? If yes, right click and enable those USB Ports
• Try with other ports .
