Owners Manuel for shark vac and steam page 14 Trouble shooting

Edited question from 'van and steam', to 'Vac and Steam'.

There is no point. All you will end up with is distilled water and the wand head that smells nice. When water is boiled and turned into steam everything in the water is left behind and only the steam is released.

shark is notorious for placing screws in odd places. look at the mini roller glides on each end at front ( one on each side of the front ) usually one under each of those, usually on the sharks is an item looks like it can be popped off or removed, then there most likely is a screw there.

Question edited for clarity and proper 'make model' as written in manual.

Return the machine to Shark for free replacement under lifetime warranty.
