u can call customer care and get ur puk code

Hi if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times, you can't enter it anymore, time to call your service provider for instructions or possibly replacement sim card.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
