Oven won't come on unless you turn on top burner?

for bake there is one top and one bottom element,sounds like the top bake element needs replacing,do no confuse it with the grill element as there are two elements at the top the outer one is the bake

Check the oven ignitor, it may be bad. See if you have power going to the ignitor.

Near the top right of the oven control panel there is a lockout button to prevent kids from turning them on. Labeled TOP, hold it in for 5 seconds to unlock burners.

The oven sensor is bad and will need to be replaced. Here is the probe to order.

You will need to look and see if the igniter is glowing a bright red. If it is weak, the oven will not light. Here is the igniter if you need to order it.

Also check and make sure your getting 3.2-3.6 volts AC to the valve.

Could well be that the oven pilot is off.
Just simply because was blown off.
Try to locate it using a flash light.
May also be clogged with dust or dryed food!

When you turn the burners on do you here them sparking ? if not the spark module has gone out it's the most common failure when burners dont light
