Page 13 of the manual states

11. When it becomes necessary to replace the oven light, please consult a dealer to have it replaced.

Further investigation shows it has a fancy WIFI dimmable LED Bulb. Such things normally come as a module, so not just a case of unscrewing a bulb, however, this seems not to be true.

Look on the sides and back for a small inspection door. At the corresponding place on the inside, should be an opaque cover where the light shines into the cavity. The inspection door normally has a single screw, remove it and unscrew the bulb. Replace with a new bulb and re-fix the door. An easy 5 minute job. You know how when you turn on a regular light bulb and it burns out with a bright flash? What happens is that when the filament burns out, it breaks and bounces back and hits the other electrical post and basically shorts out causing that bright flash. Sometimes, when the light bulb in the microwave burned out, it shorted out, and caused the circuit-board trace to burn up. (This is not just conjecture; I've seen it.) If that's the case, then you would have to replace the main control circuit board. Unfortunately, a rather expensive repair for no lights. (Although the circuit board trace can usually be repaired by direct-soldering a wire to replace the burned trace. Sears repairmen won't do this, but an independent electronic technician could do it.

The touch panel has malfunctioned, Suggest replacing microwave unless you want to attempt repair. If so you will need a replacement touch panel for it.

check the door switches....i had an over the oven micowave with a bad door switch....thing is the switch cost 35.99 online and i bought a counter top microwave for 39.95 at walmart

Replace the display. It is available as a unit from a Sharp Service Dealer.

I have the same problem. The left one burns out within a couple of hours use, the other one lasts a couple of months and is then gone. This pattern has repeated over 8 years. I replace them every now and then and then just go without until I get the urge again to fix it. Maybe smaller lower wattage lamps are worth trying...
