72 x 29 x 24 = 50,112 cubic inches / 1728* = 29 cubic feet. There are 7.48 gallons per cubic foot, so the tank is actually 216.92 gallons, assuming the dimensions given are inside measurements. I hope you have a strong stand and floor because the water alone weighs 1735.36 pounds (8 pounds per gallon).

*12 x 12 x 12 = 1728 (cubic inches to cubic feet conversion)

Michael has to paint a house whose size is 2,800 square feet. He used 5 gallons of paint to cover 1,750 square feet. How many more gallons of paint will he need to cover the remaining area?

If Michael used 5 gallons to cover 1750 square feet, we can calculate how much each gallon covers by taking 1750 and dividing it by 5, which is 350 square feet per gallon.

He has 2,800 square feet to paint, while he has now painted 1, 750 square feet. We have to calculate how much more he needs to paint by subtracting 1,750 from 2,800. I get 1050 square feet to still paint.

We divide this amount 1,050 and divide it by 350 square feet per gallon. I get 3, so we need 3 more gallons. If it was 3 point something, we would have to get an extra gallon to complete the job.

Good luck.

How much salt do I USE in this pool?

Very important information missing here ... how many gallons is in the pool? Don't know? Is it round or square or rectangle or an odd shape? Can you calculate the gallons or liters?

If you can provide the dimensions, I can tell you the gallons ... but if you have the dimensions, YOU can calculate the gallons.

You need about 3200 ppm salt to make chlorine.

If you will take the particulars to your local pool supply, they will calculate the gallons and they will teell you how many pounds of salt is required. They can also sell you a salt test kit so you may monitor the salt.

I hope this response has been of some value to you ... I would have given you answers had you provided more data.

How much is a gallon in centimetres?

Two or three remarks: The Gallon is a unit of capacity (volume for fluids). So it cannot be converted into centimeters. In cubic centimeters yes, but not centimeters.
In addition to that there are two volume capacity units called gallons: the US gallon, and the imperial gallon. 1US gallon=3.7854 liters and 1 Imp. gallon=4.5460 liters.

To do your conversion use the facts that 1L =1000 mL=1000 cm³.
1 gal = 3785.4 cm³ or 4546 cm³.

Try putting white vinegar in it, and letting it soak. For more cleaning, you can recirculate the white vinegar back through the machine, but strain it through a coffee filter first to remove any sediment that you break free. Once you're satisfied with your cleaning, flush the tea maker with pots of fresh water, until no vinegar can be detected by taste or smell.

Check the top of the tank, there may be 2 thermostats, one that sits on the tank and the other is in line with the element. One of those are not working.
