Double check your breakers, shut them all the way off, then back on. Sometimes when they trip they don't move much and they can be easially missed. Resetting all of them will let you know if it really isn't a breaker. If it isn't, it sounds like you may have broken or fried a wire somewhere. This can be very dangerous. I recommend calling an electrician to troubleshoot asap.
Look for small pieces in the disposal... likely pits, glass, etc once these are removed press the reset. also check the breaker. Double breakers can be tripped but you can't tell to look at it. Just shut it off and turn it back on.
Not to be a smart aleck but have you checked the breaker box to see if the breakers are on also the standby breakers? Not sure how your'e wired though.
or reset to factory.... 1. Press and hold upper oven Keep Warm and Upper Cancel pads for 3 second. Should get a single beep. Then clock will show 12:00.

Double check the outlet -- plug a lamp or some other appliance into it and let me know if the outlet is getting electricity. If not - find the breaker box and reset it there.
Try shutting off circuit breaker for a few minutes to let control module to power down, then turn breaker back on. This may reset the control board back to factory default and retract the lock servo. If this doesn't work then a service tech will be needed.
suggest to reset it by shutting off both main breakers to the stove , wait for one minute and switch breakers on again.
Thanks
Good Luck

shut the breaker off, loosen the screws and the breaker will lift off the rail, loosen the wires on the breaker, bring breaker to store when buying replacement, snap new breaker in place on rail, make sure lugs are tight on new breaker, turn breaker on
The fan is controlled by a temperature sensitive switch. Apparently the switch is not shutting off when it should. It will have to be replaced. If you are not comfortable working around appliances, you will need to call a service technician. There is usually a set of maintenance instructions in the top of the oven. Check it out for any suggestions. Temperature switches can be purchased on line.
