Marantz ST6006 Receiver. How to fix AV receiver not powering up after sitting idle?

Question edited for clarity and typo.

Check the fuse in the plug (UK). Check power as far as the unit with a proximity tester. Look for a fuse in the back near where the mains cable enters. Open up and look for fuses.

Marantz SR6006 keeps clicking when plugged into outlet and won't fully turn on. I've tried other outlets throughout the house and the same thing happens. The outlets and breaker are I'm guessing around 20...

The unit is most likely detecting a low impedence on the output of the speaker circuit.

Marantz sr6006 while watching tv or movie will click and voices will go out

Leaky component/s at its audio output circuit. You have to refer it's circuit diagram to get more details about the voltages and other things to repair it. Everything OK, except no sound from the FM tuner.

No sound center channel

Check the speaker output settings on the receiver. The receiver may be in a 'stereo' or 'two-channel' mode only.

while it's off, if you push display, zone, power. hold them for a few seconds and you will see some red lights let go and there you go

Microprocessor reset (p. 150 Owner's manual) - Press and hold the Zone Select/Display buttons while powering on the AVR ......release 4-5 seconds later

Network reset - Press and hold the M-Dax/Display buttons (resets network card and does a microprocessor reset)
