Webcam 20671 drivers for windows 8 ? - GE EasyCam Webcam

1st You download Webcam Driver.
a4tech Webcam After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Update driver and let windows 8 search online for the driver. it take a while but usually successful.

There is no drivers for this cam, for windows 8, this cam came out in 1998 and was for windows ME and up to XP, will not work on any other os,above xp home,pro.

You stated " was working fine" , It was working fine in windows 7? windows 8? In Device Manager you can do a scan for hardware changes. Does the webcam show? if no, it might show unknown device if you will have to find the drivers for the webcam at the HP drivers and support. You can try a RE-Boot the software will try to locate a driver, if it cannot it wiil ID it as a unknown device, you will have to find the driver, this is common with a new OS or a upgrade on a machine.

try to uninstall driver software again and plug in to another spare usb slot on the reapr of pc
