SOURCE: Samsung T220HD - can't access HDMI input sources

If it like my monitor, same hookups as yours, then when you want to use the hdmi port you need to disconnect the dvi cable. The monitor cannot read from hdmi & dvi when both are connected, Try this & see if your PS3 works. Good luck.

SOURCE: Samsung LED TV UN60EH6000 HDMI ports fail to recognize any signal and by this I mean the TV gives me an error message on screen that says no signal detected-check connections.

Sounds like a main board issue.

No sound from hdmi2 my hdmi1 is saying no signal so when I switch it to hdmi2 it gives picture but no sound is there a way to make sound come from hdmi2 im using firestick

Have you tried plugging the Firestick into HDMI 1? The Firestick has its own volume control on the remote... is that turned up? You can also press the up button (above the OK) in certain apps to increase volume. If that fails I would check sound settings in the firestick and select "passthrough", "bitstream" or "PCM" to see if it allows sound to your TV. Are you using the HDMI dongle with your Firestick? If so, you may want to plug in in without the dongle as sometimes these have issues.

The light just blink green it doesn't let me do anything but blink green.

If you plug the Roku into the back of the TV in an HDMI port, you need to hit the Input button on the TV to change (probably) from HDMI1 to HDMI2. Once you are on HDMI2, you should see the Roku emblem. Then you need to set up the Roku to see your wireless signal.

Why can't my TV find a digital signal when connected to my digital ready aerial? Tuning for digital stations finds none. Does this TV require a set top box? If not how can I make it find and play n

hey, when connect any aerial in the back of the TV make sure you have a look for the name of the connection you use ( Skart,ext1,ext2,usb,hdmi1, hdmi2 etc.) so you can do a search on that extension. if you connect something on Hdmi1 and search on hdmi2 you won't find anything. you have to search on Hdmi1. PS: good luck.

We have a Polaroid 4241-TLXB television. This evening we turned on the TV and the Video6 (HDMI1) is not accepting sound. The picture is fine when that input is selected. We had our STB attached to HDMI1...

I am having a somewhat similar experience. The HDMI 2 is a little flaky on these TVs, try turning the input device that is attached to HDMI 1 OFF then reboot the TV. For some reason, if there is a signal going to both HDMI inputs at the same time there are major problems. I also found that if I input L/R audio into the HDMI 2 analog jacks, that sound also goes to HDMI 1(if no digital sound signal is going there).

Turn hdmi2 on

hdmi is auto detecting and shouldn't need to be turned on. try plugging your hdmi1 device into the hdmi2 slot. if switching devices around doesn't get hdmi2 working, that jack is likely broken. all the hdmi ports go into the 1 main board inside, and a lot of times you would have to replace that board to fix. if only 1 jack now works, you could also get an hdmi switcher, and then plug all your devices into that, and then just plug the switcher into the working jack. let me know if I you require further assistance.
