Where is the reset button on mattel password journal

The reset button is the small hole on the top right on the front.

Look on Ebay.

See if there is a reset button in the battery compartment.

the instructionsthey do mention that static can cause it to not work right. Resetting it is suppose to help

How to work a password journal

just shut it and if your password wont work its a little button at the top push on that with a pencil and then press acsess button and record

You should be able to just pull the journal out and replace it. And any journal can be used as long as you still have the pen and the device itself.

The directions say to press the reset button located at the 11 o'clock position from the opening button using a pencil/pen point. We bougt two of these and one will not work the day after opening.

there should be a "reset" button inside the battery compartment. press it then follow the prompts.
